Dodge Van accelerated suddenly as it was entering a parking place at a Walmart store, causing a parked vehicle in the adjacent row to be rolled back into a third vehicle. Van was traveling at less than 5 MPH when the acceleration occurred. Foot was on the brake in preparation to stop and park and accelerated unexpectedly.
