While driving, the key turned to accessory position. I think I might have hit a speed bump. The engine shuts off and it's hard to steer and brake. Once this happened in a parking lot, another on the freeway. (no speed bump but construction zone). The first time this happened I thought it was a fault with my engine. I found that it was only the key. The second time was scary because at freeway speeds, hard brakes and steering, through a "cone zone" with no place to stop. I put it in neutral, started the engine and was able to regain power steering/brakes and since it was at night, no traffic, I stopped, shifted into drive (I don't know if you can/should shift to drive while moving) and then I continued on.
The first time I had many keys on my key ring, I took them off. If this happens again, I'll report it again (separately)
