One of the main reasons we purchased this van were the automatic sliding doors feature. They work great, except from Nov-March when it's cold outside.
If there is FROST= the doors won't open.
If it has snowed= the doors won't open.
If it has sleeted= the doors won't open.
...You get the picture. These doors are very sensitive to cold and precipitation. It's not like we live in New Hampshire, we're in TN, so we have pretty mild winters compared to other parts of the country. The jaws of life could not pry these doors open. (trust me, I've tried) So, on cold mornings, I'm forced to load up my four children via the front passenger door, and unload them the same (in front of their school, as the line backs up).
