accessories - exterior problem
I have had trouble starting the van for 2 years but the dealer never found anything. I even had to take my three keys to check programming. Know it has stopped turning on for good. The warranty just expired and towing to the dealer and paying for everything out of pocket is next.
I bet now they will see there has always been a problem. But that doesn't mean I wont have to pay.

I complaint but dealer don't record the problem. When I use remote starter engine light is turned on. Alaso it doesn't work when I use at subzero temp. Compaint several times, they check it say nothing is wrong. They reset the light and report no problem. This is going on right after I bought the vehicle.
Everytime I go with this problem they say its the first time. They don't have in their record. Again reprted yeasterday but on the paper I dont see they recorded this.

I begin having problems with my van following the key recall. There was a malfunction with the keys of this particular model, so I was asked to send my key in for replacement.
My van wouldn't start. I would be parked in the parking lot of a store or bank and the vehicle would not crank up. I would try turning the key, pump the gas and still it wouldn't make a sound. I would try shaking it thinking that it would jump start, it would completely shut down and sit idle.
I've had it towed at least three times each to the dealership due to this issue. They checked everything out and could not pinpoint the problem. I was given instructions not to park too close to the bank or store because the electrical signals maybe disabling my vehicle. I thought this to be true until I couldn't start my vehicle under my own garage. I'm still uncertain about what was/is causing this problem.
