How does a timing chain cover break apart?? I heard a "flapping" noise coming from the engine. It was more audible during turns. Took a look at where the noise was supposedly coming from. I thought it was the serpentine belt as it was frayed. Luckily, I was able to drive it to the shop.
While in there, the shop also replaced for timing chain, belt, tensioner, idler, water pile 0-ring, and cam sprocket.
