SOMETIMES the trunk will not unlatch/unlock and it is a pain. the problem is that is does work sometimes, but most of the time it does not. i can't find a rhyme or reason to when it works.. hot/cold/car running/off... etc. there should be a manual release somewhere in the trunk to unlock or unlatch the trunk... i thought that all new cars/vans.... had to have them.. it SUCKS...
