For Chrysler to expect any customer loyalty after gouging them for $200.00 to make a new ignition key explains why they need to have the Govt. bail their asses out when their sales drop to 0 because customers don't appreciate getting shafted. It would take a lot of forgiveness, which I am in short supply of before I would ever buy another Chrysler product. This is because I feel Chrysler has little regard for customer satisfaction.
