I started the van early to let it warm up. When we left to take the kids to school, the vans doors were locked!! All of them. I unlocked all doors when i started the van (from remote on key) and everything was locked back up! The van had been running for about 20 mins or so. So the rant I have.....yeah, we leave the house with my 3 girls (12yo, 4yo, 3wk) and locked the door behind us ONLY to find out we cant get into the warm van! WITH A 3WK OLD BABY!
The doors have automatically locked on us 3 times now within a month. Requiring us to be delayed and call a locksmith to let us in since van only came with one key and we havent had another made yet
Is this something that is supposed to happen in the van? Are the doors supposed to automatically lock after 20 mins of running (in park)? I found a way to disable the locking of the doors after you are already driving, so I hope that fixes the problem. Otherwise, dodge will be hearing from me.
