I bought the scooter lift because Chrysler would give a rebate on the lift. They said the car had to be new, the sales man said that a 2005 van is considered new. I followed their other rules sending in a form from the dealer, a copy of the sale, recipt of the lift, copy of the registration and other information. Know they won't pay because the van wasn't new!
