The condensate from the AC evaporator is leaking onto the passenger side floor saturating the carpet and growing a white mold/fungus on and under the carpet. This can't be a healthy environment inside the car.

White stuff starts coming through carpet, front passenger, possibly glue. Pull up carpet and full of water. Every time we used the ac.

To properly fix this problem the whole dash has to come out which is mega labor.

A two year old vehicle should not have this problem
