When having this repaired, the man said that it hadn't been sealed properly.

It was really startling. There was no one around us at the time as we were coming down a hill. Thought someone shot at us. I am handicapped and there is glass all over the back of the van. I have a chair and lift in the back and dont know how I will get all the glass out.

Grand Caravan Sport 3.2L V6

This morning after being on the road for about 15 minutes, I pressed the rear window washer/wiper. It did it's job, and a moment after it was finished, the rear window simply exploded.

There was nothing in the van, however the glass around the initial hole, was pushed out slightly.
