At 30,000 miles the dealer replacement the power steering pump.
At 35,000 miles they did it again. I warned them that I would not pay for this again after the 36,000 mile warranty.
At 60,000 miles they had to flush the system to fix the problem. This was not part of the first two pump replacements and cost me $120. They said the flush is not part of the pump replacement.
At 85,000 miles the noise returned. New fix is to extend the power steering hoses at a cost of another $120. After paying this the noise was gone for about a week.
Three times to the dealer in the past month with no solution. Maybe I will suggest that they replace the rack at their cost.
