Rear windshield wiper doesn't hardly do anything anymore-just wipes off a few inches of water/snow and not the rest. When you try to spray the back window with water to clean it, the water just trickles down instead of "spraying". The wiper barely even touches the window, so it doesn't spread the water around at all.
