Flash: Transmission Control Module (TCM) Updates
Customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation
the technician may find the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC):
? P1DB7 - Torque Converter Clutch Performance.
Customers may also experience one or more of the following condition:
? Customer might perceive a slight difference in vehicle performance due to the Transmission Torque
converter going in a default state.
? Acceleration may be poor at higher speeds.
? Engine speed will typically be higher for a given driving condition.
? Vehicle may suffer poor fuel economy.
This bulletin involves reprogramming the TCM with the latest available software.
