For diagnostic issues relating to any of the following Park Assist error conditions: ·SERVICE PARK TRONICS ON CLUSTER ·VEHICLE WITH FAULT B1297-12-PTS SENSOR. ·CUSTOMER STATES PARK ASSIST NOT WORKING WITH SENSOR INOP The Product Development team requests that photos be taken of any suspected failed sensors before any repair to the sensor is started on the vehicle. Also, please email a copy of the VSR and sensor photos to the following FCA engineers: FCA Redacted Content We will review the scan report and photos, and let you know the next steps as soon as we can. If no response in 15 minutes, proceed with repair.
