WD Base Front Fascia and/or Front Bumper Bracket
If customer comes in for the complaint of bumper/fascia popping off or misaligned for a warrantable concern, prior to removal of the Fascia or having repairs are made; please take pictures and highlight the area of concern; email pictures to martin.abdulahad@fcagroup.com as part of repair. If no response in 15 minutes, proceed with repair.
