This is the second time for this issue. I have the unlimited service through AT&T. I took my 19' Durango in for service back in Feb when I lost wifi,(connected but no internet) the dealer did an update that literally changed the look of my radio's screen but it worked. That fix lasted only a month. I have had zero internet again for going on 3 weeks now. I was told my phone was not compatible and they had no idea what else to do. When I got home I checked my wifes phone she has no internet, same thing with every device I tried. It just seems dead with no answers from dealer....HELP...!
