I have lived in MI all my life, (I am 62 yrs old) and until I leased the Durango I have never had window washer/motor problems. Today I had to leave it at the dealers for a 2nd time. Seems motor may be bad and washer fluid is frozen in places. The fluid came from the Dealers. Was also told they had 17 other were brought in for the same problem!! This is so unacceptable. I went from owning Fords my whole life with no problems to having this Dodge less than a year and having to leave it twice at the dealers and winter has just started! I love the Durango Except for this issue, what can be done to fix this? And on top of all that you are mad to feel it is your fault. I know better them to keep trying to use the washer when its not working, I was not born yesterday!! I went to the Dodge because I liked the look of the Durango and Ford did not have anything I like this year,,,but I may have to re-think when my lease is up, having to keep a spray bottle in my truck to spray the windows clean is not my idea of a quality vehicle especially at the price of this one.
