The contact owns a 2016 Dodge Durango. While driving various speeds, the contact heard a loud abnormal noise coming from the rear of the vehicle. There were no warning indicators illuminated. Coon rapids Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (10541 woodcrest dr nw, coon rapids, mn 55433, (763) 290-1011) diagnosed that the rear shocks needed to be repaired. The vehicle was not repaired because the parts were on backorder. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 40,000.
Went out to get something out of the car that has been parked in the driveway for a couple of days, after a rain event and noticed liftgate track lights gets water inside eventually causing an electrical short in the red led's it's a whole assembly which includes license plate lights & backup camera, the part is expensive and warranty for this type of part is up to 36,000 miles. Also there is a squeaking noise with the suspension while in motion when you go down or up on a sloped area (etc. Turning in or out of a gas station entrance) dealers cant figure out why. Theses are possible safety issues but unknown
