We are having to continually align the vehicle and no one seems to know what the issue is. This is starting to become very costly as the it seems that vehicle is riding really weird, haven't thought much of it until the replacement of a brand new tire that looked like it was wrapped and could not leave the alignment place before I purchased another one because it was unsafe to drive. The tire on the right side of vehicle seems to be worse than the left. The left is wearing but not as bad and per the mechanic it seems they are adjusting as much as possible and the next step is replacing the whole suspension on a vehicle that barely has a lot of miles on it, We can be driving and hit a rut or bump in the road and slings us while driving. To us this is a serious safety issue which can result in loss of control, a tire blow because we have to continue having the car aligned multiple times.
Please advise if there have been recalls regarding suspension on this model year. Per the mechanic there have been a couple of other durangos he has seen with similar issues but no solutions except keep realigning.
This is becoming very costly every couple of months
