Just don't know what's wrong with the 3.6 motors with dodge. Very good trucks but needs to fix the problems with the stalling and the ticking that's going on in the motors.

I purchased the vehicle through military sales while in Kuwait. It was picked up by my son. While driving from Houston, Tx to Shreveport, La; the vehicle shut down. He took it to the dealership (Auto Nation Dodge Spring, Tx; 21027 I-45 and they said they found nothing wrong. This went on until March 2016. He was told if the check engine light is not on, they can't locate the problem. Finally I returned to the U.S. January 2016 and until March, they said they couldn't locate the problem. Then it was the oil tank. Okay so, so the vehicle sit in the shop approximately 3 weeks (as usual). We decided we would use the vehicle June 10, 2016 and the vehicle shuts down again 3 times on the way to Shreveport. On the return trip 12 June 2016, it stalled 5 times. There were kids in the car who are worried it will stop and they will get hit by a big truck. Everyone at the dealership is saying there isn't a problem and I conduct research only to see this is a problem with the vehicle that has been brought to dodge attention. As of this date, the problem hasn't been solved. Plus there is always a shortage of loaner vehicles. The problem isn't just during traveling, also during traveling to and from work in the city, shopping, etc. Basically the personnel are telling us there is nothing wrong and try to make me give up by saying they don't what to tell me when this is an ongoing problem. If I could find out this information and they are supposed to be the technicians, they could have also.

I was almost killed on I-81 South in VA. The vehicle stalled in traffic. I had to coast ovr to RT shoulder almost being struck twice by a transfer truck. I had to stay 3 days in Harrisonburg, VA cost me over 500.00 for hotels and expenses. I purchased the vehicle in August of 2015. It was a left over Dodge Durango 100% New 40 miles on the vehicle when purchased. This is the second issue with this vehicle. The road side assistance driver said he flat bedded 3 2015 Durango's that day with transmission and engine issues. Didn't make me feel good about the brands quality control.

It was a normal drive home, I was waiting at a red light in a line of cars and when the light went green my car hesitated then jumped into drive. Not more than half a mile down the road my car started to shake and shudder. Luckily, I was close to a parking lot and was able to get off the road. I tried switching between park, reverse and drive all the while having it shake, the check engine light was on and the gear knob flashed and "dinged" at every gear. When I shut it off it didn't want to turn back on. My 20 minute drive home left me inching to lights and praying there was no traffic. We got it up to the dealer and they still can't figure it out since the light went off but "they did see engine misfires". That's just great! The car has 11K on it and I don't trust it to drive me 20 miles anymore!

I am a repeat Dodge owner and had experienced problems with older models prior to the 2011 model and was hoping that significant improvements had been made with the new design. If there is no resolution to the problems with this vehicle, I will abandon the Dodge model altogether. I am being told there are even more issues to come and am getting to the point where I'm apprehensive about traveling in this vehicle.

Car stalled out while driving with my family in the car, thank goodness we were on a road with a speed limit of 30 mph and not on the highway. Took the "uconnect" people 6 hours to get us a tow truck in the suburbs of a major city.

The local dealership replaced the fuel pump after having the car in the shop for a week, they did not offer us a loaner car because we did not buy the car there. Had to call Chrysler corporate to complain to get a reimbursement for a rental.

Now one week later the fuel gauge is still not reading correctly, Car has been in the shop for a week and they are replacing the entire fuel tank, tell me there is a faulty baffle?

This car has 2,000 miles on it, what the hell is going on?

Possible this is a symptom of a faulty TIPM that I have been reading about?
