The contact owns a 2014 Dodge Durango. The contact stated while attempting to start the vehicle, the brake pedal was depressed; however, the brake pedal became firm, and the vehicle failed to start. Several unknown warning lights were illuminated. Additionally, the buttons on the steering wheel and the display screen failed to function as needed. The dealer was made aware of the failure; however, the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 150,000.
December 23, 2013 -Monday ? we return our new car to Chrysler service because memory for heated seats and steering wheel not saving. Also, key fob not working properly. Informed by service that new module needs to be ordered. Radio needs update for latest software. Appointment made for service 1/8/14. Car was in less then 3 weeks prior with new ABS module needed. (December 3, 2013).
