Purchased the car from Bayside Chrysler Dodge in May of 2013 at 3333 Miles. Two days later we heard the noise, they claimed it was fixed. The noise went away for a while until February 2014. We went back a second time and it was the same noise, same location- apparently it wasn't fixed. We have taken the car back 4 more times and they still can't fixed the issue. I have demanded a replacement vehicle and DODGE keeps giving me the run around. It was definitely a bad choice.

I should have save my money and got a Audi Q7- but it was very expensive. I also made the mistake of choosing an American made car. I had a 2001 Mitsubishi Galant and have never had any of these issues, as a matter of fact it's now my 2nd car that is used more often then the new one i brought. DONT BUY DODGE!!! They suck. Hopefully this issue will be resolved.
