The contact owns a 2013 Dodge Durango. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle loss motive power and stalled. The vehicle was taken to five star Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of warner robins located at 2817 watson blvd, warner robins, ga 31088, where the mechanic replaced the fuel pump. The failure recurred with the contact not being able to start the vehicle and the vehicle was towed back to the same dealer to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the fuel pump relay was defective and needed to be replaced. The fuel pump relay was replaced however, the failure persisted. The contact was then informed that the vehicle was included in NHTSA campaign number: 19V813000 (electrical system) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 35,000.

Car will not start. Car turns over but will not run. Recall was looked at and temporary fixed on 9/1/15 it was the fuel pump relay. On 6/18/2019 it was fixed again. It was also fixed one time before this date ( I do not have that date) today is 4/10/2020 it took 5 tries to start the car this morning. Dodge claims they do not have a solution to the problem yet. Its been 5 years !!! does someone have to die before they fox it. The car can stall out when on the highway. This will be the 4th time I will have this fixed.. Dodge fix this before me or my grand kids die!!!!!!!!!!!!
