This data is from the NHTSA — the US gov't agency tasked with vehicle safety. Complaints are spread across multiple & redundant categories, & are not organized by problem.
So how do you find out what problems are occurring? For this NHTSA complaint data, the only way is to read through the comments below. Any duplicates or errors? It's not us.
I have brought in the vehicle to the local Dodge service center in naples because the lights on the dashboard go off when the wipers are in use. All of the lights including the time / radio station become dim. On December 26th although the lights are set on automatic, the lights did not come on at night. We manually had to switch so that we would have lights. We have also on two-three occasions an issue with the transmission and/or accelarator. The RPM on the car where very high and the car was basically not going over 35-40 mph. Once parked and then put in drive again it worked ok until the next time it did it. The local Dodge service center claim they did not find anything wrong and initially blamed the light issue on a sunpass because they saw the suction cup marks. However the sunpass is not always in this vehicle and the times that lights have dimmed the sunpass has not been on.
