Front end shakes, vibrates and changes steered direction after hitting small bumps on otherwise smooth asphalt roads or gravel road with small rough areas. I replaced both outer tie rod ends that were slightly worn out. Thought the problem was caused by bad shocks so I put on new shocks but that did not fix problem. I have had the vehicle up on my lift several times for inspection and checking but can not find the cause of the problem. Both upper and lower ball joints are in good shape and have no play at all. The upper and lower control arm bushings look fine also with no play. The inner tie rods and steering gear has no play in it either. I even disconnected the rear of the torsion bars to relieve any torsional tension on suspension and could not locate any loose or worn parts. Took it to a good alignment shop and the tech there could not find anything wrong either. At this point my only option is to replace all of the steering and front suspension parts with new ones and maybe try to install an aftermarket steering stabilizer somehow.
