My 2006 Dodge Durango would not start last Thursday. The battery was fine and the lights came on but nothing happened when we turned the key. Had it towed to a Dodge dealer, On Friday they told me the wireless ignition node (Win) was not working so it did not recognize the key. The dealer had to order the part and told me it would take 3-4 days before the part was in and the Durango was fixed. 7 Days have gone by and the part has still not arrived. They tell me the part was shipped through a consolidator and is sitting at the shipping companies depot. They have no idea when it will be delivered. The part came from Michigan and I live in Illinois. The Dodge parts shipping system is from the dark ages. Ever heard of overnight delivery? It's only been around for about 40 years. Even UPS ground is a 1-2 days delivery in this zone. Really poor customer service. I have had to rent a car for a week due to their poor service. This is my 4th Dodge/Jeep in the past 15 or so years. I won't buy another Dodge Jeep Chrysler product!!!!!
