Both inner brake drums of the rear tires of a 2005 Dodge Durango with approximately 13500 miles are not functioning properly. Upon inspection, the contact surfaces are totally corroded and show no signs of wear. After driving a few miles, the rear brakes seem to squeal and grind when applying the brake. The brakes continue to squeak when accelerating or maintaining a constant speed up to approximately 35 mph.
