I have read and studied all the complaints on this 2003 Dodge Durango 4WD 4.7L V8 and I have concluded that Dodge has serious problems with this overheating deal! We as customers have been paying for a problem that is caused by the workmanship of Dodge! You can replace several times any component of the cooling system and will not fix it! This should be investigated and recalled! We the customer have spent likely hundreds of thousands of dollars on this cooling system! Nothing fixes it and it took several experienced mechanics to realize that there is an auxiliary pump, which btw does not fix the problem. Please GOOGLE overheating problem for my Dodge and you will see that NO ONE has fixed this problem!!! Other than purchasing a new engine and even then could not fix!!!!
