Easy to fix...locate set of wires leading to blower box under dash on passenger side. Unplug the wires from the blower box. Using 1/4 drive socket set, remove the two hex head bolts on either side of the plug outlet. Pull downward to remove the outlet from the blower box. This is the part that needs to be replaced. It has a relay circuit built into it and it will "burn out" when taxed on extremely hot days. Now, get the new part from your dodge dealer...aftermarket not yet available...and replace it. You've saved a bunch of $ by doing it yourself. NOW...save the part number because this is likely to happen again UNLESS, on very hot days, cool the vehicle down a little buy driving with windows down BEFORE kicking on the AC...I've replaced this relay twice and since I've used this practice, it's been fine. Good luck!
