While driving at 35 mph consumer's vehicle was rear ended by another vehicle while waiting at traffic light. This caused the seat mound to separate and driver collapsed in the rear seat. The bolts that held the seat broke in half on both sides. Driver was admitted to the hospital with back pains.

My children and I were involved in an auto accident in which we were hit in the rear, and then hit the car in front of us, which also hit the car in front of them.our 2000 Dodge Durango appears to have faulty safety mechanisms, and other hazards, for neither air bag deployed, and both front seats collapsed.

When the cargo area has items in it, and while driving and coming to a sudden stop, third rear seatback moves back and forth in which a child may sit on these third seat, and may be caught in between the seat and the seat back. This could cause injuries to the child. Common problem.
