Seats belts in Dodge Durango are very hard to get off they stick don't want to unlatch worried about problems in instance of collision. There are children that use these seat belts every day, in addition to their mother!
Consumer was traveling 40-50mph & rearended another vehicle. Upon impact, airbags didin't deploy, and front seatbelts didn't lock, but the rear seatbelts did. Dealer sent an investigator, but nohting was found wrong with vehicle.
Consumer was driving about 45-50 when a dear crossed the path of the vehicle.consumer swerved to avoid hitting the dear. Car tipped over and slid into a tree consumer was hanging upwards in the driver's seat, held by safety belt. While consumer was calling 911, safety belt snapped and consumer fell to the other side of vehicle against the tree. Also, upon impact, airbags did not deploy. Dealer sent someone out to check vehicle, and could not determine how seatbelt snapped.

Was in car accident. The shoulder belts on passenger's side and driver's side didn't lock and neither deploy on highway 35mph. Car facing West about 1 car length from other vehicles. Vehicle pulled out in front, and hit them on the center of the driver's side.
Consumer broadsided someone, front end was smashed, and the seat belt did not lock. Also, upon impact, air bags did not deploy. Consumer was injured. Consumer was traveling about 25 mph.
