- Auto Computer Exchange - This is the BEST CHEAPEST place for a REBUILT, but better then new ECM for your dodge I changed mine and the 1999 Durango it went in went back to as if it was new.... Comes ready to plug in and go no need to have it programed by local dealer for $100+ when you can get one of these for under $300
- National Highway Traffic Safety Administration - Contact the NHTSA and file a vehicle safety complaint. This is how recalls are issued. I just filed a complaint because my 2005 Durango has shut down without warning while driving. It is a VERY scary experience. Please, everyone who has made this same complaint and who has this same issue, please file a complaint ASAP.

vehicle shuts down without warning, the words "no bus" is displayed where the odometer readings are, after setting for about 45 minutes vehicle will start and run until the next time it decides to quit. Had it towed to a local shop and they had it for about four days and replaced a componant and charged me 598.00. we took the car out for the weekend to the mountains of colorado and it quit leaving us stranded in the back country for about 2 hours then it started again and we got the hell back to town dropped it off at the mechanics shop and it has been there over a week and they still can't find the problem. this is the fifth time it has quit in a month. it seems like a electrical componant is getting hot and the points stick and as soon as it cools off they open and allows the current to flow again.. its downright irritating
