While drivingthe vehicle on a highway at high speed, approximately 70mph. When pushing on the gas pedal, attempting to pass another vehicle, the transmission starts to slip and would not find the higher gear. The transmission failed, and was unable to pass the other vehicles. Dealer was notified, and stated it was a normal problem with these vehicles, and cannot duplicate the problem
