The battery was constantly draining for no apparent reason, saw another poster on AutoBeef with the exact same problem and he said to remove the rear panel and unplug the rear wiper (the rear wiper was running on the day the problem had started, so this made sense). Apparently it's a fairly common issue with older model Durangos.
