First let me start off as the vehicle (Dart 2015 was a gift). I am driving home from the doctors office and as I am backing out the parking space; I notice the steering wheel is very difficult to turn. I slam on the brakes as not to hit the other vehicles to my left and right. I turn off the vehicle thinking the power steering must not have engaged, so I restart and it gives a little so I back out and it does it again as I am driving on Beltway 8. I make it home and it was hell trying to turn into my driveway. I have major back problems; this issue does not help. I look under the hood looking for the power steering fluid reservoir...none to be found.

I call Gulfgate Chrysler Dodge Jeep and they give me an appointment for January 24 at 10:30am. I inform them that I have just read over 10 plus complaints on Carcomplaints.com and the NHTAS is aware of these unsafe conditions with this vehicle and the Gulfgate Dodge service department representative says that is the soonest appointment we have. I ask, has anyone else had these issues? She says, "she is not sure." All I could say was "WOW!" So now I will have to go without a vehicle for a while. I am so disappointed in Dodge, that was the vehicle I really wanted the Limited Edition.
