A little over a year ago, we took our car in because the AM/FM radio would not work when got in the car to leave. the buttons for the channels would not change, but we could hear the beep like it could sense us touching the screen. The volume was just not there along with the ability to change channels. We could change to Bluetooth, or XM Radio, and the audio was there, but once we changed back to AM/FM, there was no Audio, and nothing would work. A
fter several visits, they replaced the radio. Now, as of a few weeks ago, the same exact issue is back.
I took it to the dealer today for an oil change, and mentioned the issue to them, and they performed a "Hard Reset" of the radio. Not sure what that involved, but all of my channels, etc.. were still programmed into the radio. Only time will tell if it begins to do the funny business again.
I did post a url to a video.
