My 2014 Dodge Dart, purchased from Cabral in Manteca, CA, was practically new. I set out to rotate the tires. As soon as I removed them, I could see that the inside wall of every tire was severely bubbled. I called the dealership, but they said the tires were not covered by the warranty. I ended up having to purchase an entirely new set of tires.

This is the second time I've had a bubble on the sidewall of these tires. After replacing two the first time, I now have to go replace another two. This is extremely dangerous!

Less than 10K miles on the tire, should not be faulty.
