The contact owns a 2014 Dodge Dart. While driving approximately 65 mph, the brake pedal was depressed and failed to respond without warning. The contact was able to stop using the emergency brake as the anti skid warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the brake switch needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the brake switch needed to be replaced again and the proxy needed to be aligned. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 22,000.
