This problem has been well documented. I do not have a video of mine instance but there are many on You Tube. When you are traveling down I95 with traffic and this happens it will make you want to pull over. When I was at my local Dodge dealer and explained the problem they looked at me like I was crazy. I even responded to a survey explaining the problem and I still have not had one response from Dodge and it has been months.
