Consumer seeking help for 2003 Dodge Dakota airbag clockspring repairs. The air bag light was intermittent. The consumer believed that since the problem was saftey related he should not have to pay for the reapirs.
While making a right turn the steering wheel failed to turn. This caused the driver to crash into a guard rail and hit debris on the shoulder of the highway.
