Truck runs fine idling, and has plenty of power in gears 1, 2, and 3. If I really tromp on it, I hear a slight tick under the hood only if it is under load (may be an exhaust leak, not sure). Truck cannot keep 70 mph on the highway in 5th gear up hill. To keep 70, I need to downshift and put the pedal to the floor. All 6 cylinders work fine, all have compression. If anybody has any ideas, please let me know.
