Idiot lights on dashboard chime uncontrollably (gas light, parking brake). Parking brake light is supposed to blink steadily, but instead flickers. 4WD controls flicker at same rate as parking brake light. Intermittent wipers work occasionally, wipers either don't work with window wash or keep wiping for an extended period of time. Fan speeds 1, 2, and 3 don't work for climate control system, only works on full blast. Help please?
