ok.. maybe i'm over reacting, but i've never had paint just start peeling on me before. I am original owner and aside from not cleaning out the inside of my truck all the time, i keep it in pretty good shape. Early this year, we had some heavy rain here in TX, and i noticed on top of both fenders the clear had bubbled up. of course it started to peel right after that. I've never had paint just up and start peeling before without being chipped or anything like that. Didn't have the funds to have the fender painted nice and proper, so i basically wet sanded off the peeling clear edges to smooth it out as best i could and then i resprayed that spot with store bought can of clear. i wet sanded again and polished it out to make it look as best as i could... not bad considering( you can still see the edges from the original clear that peeled if your up close, but not from 4-5 feet away.
Thought that was the end of it... this past week it rained again and sure enough, a completely different section of the passenger fender bubbled up and started peeling.--- is this why DODGE was trying to sell me a warranty for the paint job when i bought the truck????

Paint peeling over almost 100% of the truck. Only 11 years old. I might expect fading but this is absolutely terrible.
