So the throttle would "blip" while cruising at 60 mph. I thought it had something to do with the transmission as it was a very strange thing. The throttle would suddenly jump by a few hundred and the truck would make an audible change in throttle. I happened to stumble across an article where a guy had the exact same issue, and three dealerships told him it was his transmission, however, he eventually figured out it was the throttle position sensor. Seeing this article, I replaced mine the next day and I've never experienced the issue since!
