The rotors on my 2000 Dodge Dakota continue to warp. I have replaced them at my expense (because the dealer won't recognize the obvious engineering problem) various times. Aftermarket parts don't seem to help though it does slow the process down.
Consumer states that while driving at any speed and no warning the brake rotors are worn causing extended stopping distance. Dealer notified dealer replace three times already
Brake vibration with less than 11,000 miles, got rotors turned. The vibration returned, had rotors turned. Six months later they started to vibrate again and still are. Replaced rotors with high performance rotors.
4 way flashes failed repeatedly (crushed wiring harness was discovered while looking for source of different problem). Front brake rotors warped again & again. Rotors turned 2-3 times, replaced once, then turned again. Smoke coming from center A/C vents in dash. Rear leaf springs were replaced. 2 days after smoking dash repair radiator fan would not shut off, requiring operator to open hood and pull approiate fuse.
