Ok, I bought a used Toyota from this dealership before, and had no problems with that vehicle so, I bought from them again. Big mistake, this time I bought a 1999 Dodge Dakota, 3.9LV6, Standard transmission. It has been the most expensive vehicle to repair and maintain I have EVER had. When I bought it, I was told by the Salesman, "We go through every car and truck on our lot and give them a 30-point inspection." Ok, then how come I drove it for almost a year before finding out it had the WRONG spark plugs in it. This turned into a major problem, it ruined the exhaust manifolds, and one head. These components had to be replaced. I bought an Extended Powertrain Warranty when I bought the truck. An extra $1700.00 on the price of the truck. The warranty covered the manifolds and the head, and after I complained to the BBB, they waived my $200.00 deductible. You'd think I would be happy with this, however it wasn't until the BBB got involved that GO Chrysler Jeep offered to waive the deductible to settle the complaint. When I spoke with them to get it resolved they said they wouldn't touch it without the $200.00 deductible. This from a supposedly FIVE STAR Dealership! If they don't know the right parts for my truck, Then WHO DOES?!i complained to the better business bureau
