Ongoing problem with speed control; whenever speed control is engaged while going up an incline or wet surface, it causes sudden acceleration. Vehicle been in / out of dealer shop on five occasios. Repairs / replacement of throttle cable & transmission made, and problem is still reoccurring. Can NHTSA help in this matter.
