The front end starting popping when I would turn into parking space. Then escalated to popping while braking. Now my bro in law was working on my brakes and I asked him to look at it. By looking down into engine compartment of under hood, he found that you can see the upper control arm where it connects to the sway bar kicks towards the passenger side when brakes are applied quick and or hard. When you turn it does it too! It moves about 1/2" - a full 1" !!! no wonder it sounds like the front end is about to fall off or did fall off when I hit a bump, turn into parking space, or turn a corner, or hit the brakes in a normal manner! IT REALLY IS ABOUT TO FALL OFF! Bro in law tried to tighten the bolt but it wouldn't tighten. We took it for inspection sticker this afternoon and they won't pass it! It's too dangerous they said! Guy says it needs upper and lower ball joints, and the sway bar and upper control arm bushings, maybe the whole piece not just bushings, the guy wasn't sure.
