Brought into same dealership Dayton Andrews Dodge in St. Petersburg Florida. Same issue that they refused to fix last time. Uconnect radio blue screen, black screen, controls unresponsive. In addition, the USB phone connect did not work. This is a feature where you plug your phone into usb hub and can run your phone's GPS, Waze or Maps through your radio screen. Very useful and its the first thing the saleman bragged about when he sold me the car. Won't connect now.

This time I was smart and recorded video of the screen malfunctions and presented it to service tech on a thumb drive. He agreed that there was something wrong with my radio but again, he could not verify it there and the diagnostic test showed no problems. He was not willing to do anything about screen malfunctions. He told me it was the policy of the Dodge engineers that they refused to replace radio if techs could not get a diagnostics trouble code.

He was able to verify that the uconnect phone USB function did not work. He said he will order a new usb hub and call me when it comes in. He never called. See next complaint.
